A corporation in Quezon City is looking for the following:

Marketing Assistant

  • Reports to: Business Owner
  • Work Modality: Full-Time Work-From-Home (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) with 2 hours onsite meeting every 2 weeks
  • Deadline for Application: January 5, 2025 (Extended to January 10, 2025)
  • Schedule of Interview for Shortlisted Applicants: January 11-18, 2025
  • Start of Work: Anytime beginning January 20, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Business Owner, the Marketing Assistant shall generate sales leads for the Sales Team by doing telemarketing and social media marketing tasks and any marketing related tasks or activities that may be assigned.

Job Description:

1. Telemarketing:

  • Research to get at least twenty-five (25) contact people from potential client businesses 1 week before making cold calls.
  • Make cold calls to at least five (5) contact people from potential client businesses per day.
  • Set appointments with at least five (5) contact people from potential client businesses to the following week and transfer them to the sales team.

2. Social Media Marketing

  • Create Social Media Accounts for the Corporation.
  • Post at least 4 times per month in the Social Media Accounts of the Corporation.
  • Create at least 4 daily activities content per month for posting in Social Media Accounts of the Corporation.
  • Respond to queries in the Social Media Accounts of the Corporation.
  • Set appointment from queries the following week and transfer to the sales team.

3. Any marketing related tasks or activities that the Business Owner may assign.

Qualifications:

  1. No preferred age.
  2. Must have fast Internet Access and Phone for calling land lines at Home.
  3. Senior High School or College Graduate of any field.  
  4. Required Experience but not preferred:
    • Experience as Marketing Assistant
    • Expereince in Web Development or Maintenance, preferably in WIX CMS.
    • Experience in Creating Social Media Ads.
    • Expereince in Social Media Marketing
    • Experience in Telemarketing
    • Experience in doing cold calls.
  5. Skills:
    • Marketing Orientation: Telemarketing, Social Media Marketing and doing cold calls.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Creative Skills: Creation of Social Media Ads.
    • Basic IT knowledge in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite and using social media.
  6. Personal Qulaities:
    • Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
    • Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing situations, especially in marketing.
    • Attention to Detail: Ensuring quality especially of marketing collaterals.
    • High Level of Integrity and Dependability.
